You can manage all of your internet orders directly via your website portal.
First things first, you will need to login to your website management portal using your Shop Manager website credentials.
Select “Orders” from your WooCommerce Store menu options.
A full list of your website orders will then be displayed. You can search for a specific order or filter the orders displayed as shown below.

Click the “View” button to open up an individual order
The individual order screen will then be displayed. When an order is placed on your website the order is placed into the “Processing” state. Your customer is automatically notified by email that their order has been received and is being processed.
From the main order screen (see below) you have a number of additional options that allow you to manage the order and automatically keep your customer updated.
Updating Your Orders/Customers
Update your order status using the drop down Order Status menu and clicking save. Changes to the order status will automatically generate an email that is sent to your customers registered email address to advise them.
You also have the option to add notes an order. The note can be marked as private, meaning the note stays within the order and can be view only by you or your staff. If you select “Note To Customer” from the drop down the system automatically sends your customer an email with the note details you have added to their order. This can be useful if you want to advise of any issues or send parcel tracking numbers etc.
